Emergency Maintenance Call Tree Setup

Go to CRM Flex and follow the instructions below for managing and editing your

Emergency Maintenance Call Tree

Step 1:  Open CRM Flex to your property page

Step 2:  On the left side, go to "Call Automation" and then "Setup"

Step 3:  At the top above the marketing sources, click "Call Trees"

Step 4:  Then click "Default Maintenance"

Step 5:  You can then add/delete/edit the names and numbers.  You can also change the  order by          clicking on a name and dragging it to the desired order

Step 6:  Don't forget to click SAVE at the bottom!
